4. Intellectual Property Ownership

• Ownership: All intellectual property developed or made available through Vy Labs remains the exclusive property of Vy Labs, Inc., including all underlying software, models, designs, and technology.
• Licensing to You: Vy Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms, solely for your internal business or organizational purposes.
• Licensing from You: You retain all rights to data you provide through the Services. You grant Vy Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing, improving, and maintaining the Services.
• Confidentiality: Any proprietary information exchanged or developed under these Terms shall be treated as confidential by both parties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
